Ian trained in the City and spent 5 years with Pinsent Curtis in Leeds, followed by 6 years with Garretts practising in the corporate finance and banking arena before joining Walker Morris. He has focused on corporate finance and banking throughout his career and has a wealth of experience in advising banks and borrowers on all aspects of acquisition finance, take privates, structured finance, project and property finance and corporate banking, including joint ventures. Ian enjoys the diversity of banking and can offer clients a broader perspective on transactions drawing on his former experience as a Corporate finance lawyer.
