Andrew Beck

Partner - Property Litigation

Andrew has been a partner since 1996 and is recognised by his peers as a leader in his field. He has over fifteen years experience of property litigation matters and his team of eight solicitors all specialise in this area of law.

He has substantial experience of dealing with claims relating to dilapidations, adverse possession, trespass and negligence. He has also successfully defended Health and Safety Prosecutions, dealt with vendor and purchaser disputes including disputes over the enforceability of option agreements, and advised upon the enforceability of restrictive covenants. Andrew also has experience of dealing with major mortgage fraud cases and professional negligence actions for the firm's major banking and building society clients.

As well as being an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, Andrew has been engaged in a wide range of High Court and County Court cases. He has been involved in several cases reported in the Estates Gazette Law Reports and has represented clients in both the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. Andrew enjoys the challenge of finding the best solution for his clients whilst working with a knowledgeable team.
