Nick Cannon

Partner - Property

Nick is a partner in the Commercial Property Department. He joined Walker Morris in 1997 from city firm Freshfields with whom he qualified.

Nick has substantial experience of advising on the structuring of property arrangements in particular in relation to PFI and other public sector transactions. He dealt with the property aspects of the provision of new trains for the Northern Line and the outsourcing of London Underground’s power system.

He has also advised on the complex property aspects of the award winning Army Foundation College Harrogate, as well as a range of other accommodation and property issues in the local authority, Health and Education sectors.

In addition to PPP/PFI experience, Nick has wide experience of all aspects of the funding, construction and letting of a range of retail and office accommodation projects, acting for developers, landlords, funders and tenants alike. Nick enjoys the busy and challenging nature of his work and finds his days pass very quickly.
