Partner - Property

John became a partner in the Property Department in 1984 and has considerable experience in a wide range of property work. A lot of his work is development orientated involving the acquisition, funding and development of sites, particularly for commercial uses, by way of straightforward purchases, development agreements, joint ventures, forward sale arrangements, building leases and other procurement structures. In addition John also deals with investment property acquisitions and disposals, lettings and other portfolio management work.
