Austin trained with the firm and upon qualification in 1996 he joined the Property Finance Team as an assistant solicitor, becoming a Partner in 2002.

Austin runs the firm’s relationship with Lloyds Bank (regional securities team) and undertakes a volume of property work for Bank of Scotland. He also specialises in property insolvency work.
