Andrew joined the firm from City lawyers Stephenson Harwood and is experienced in a wide range of employment issues. He has advised on numerous Tribunal cases involving dismissals and discrimination including counter-claim procedures. He is experienced in dealing with ACAS and through Union officials. Andrew has pursued successfully actions in the High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and House of Lords.

Andrew regularly assists our Corporate Department on all aspects of corporate transactions including share sales and assets purchases, including dealing with the implications of TUPE. He is particularly knowledgeable on large scale redundancy procedures, restrictive covenants, whistle blowing issues and advising on Health and Safety, PHI claims and benefits issues.
