Jacqueline joined Walker Morris in 2004 as an Associate from Clifford Chance, London. Jacqueline acts for a wide range of nationwide clients and specialises in development work from complex site assembly through to the granting of occupational tenancies. Jacqueline's clients include: Teesland Group Plc; Georgica Plc; Pension Funds; Sterling Capitol Plc; St James Securities Limited; Yorkcourt Properties Limited and Peel Group Companies.

Jacqueline also acts for investment clients in connection with high profile acquisitions and disposals, for both portfolios and stand alone multi-let sites. She has experience of acting for both the lender and the borrower in connection with complex financing structures.
