Chris joined Walker Morris in 1999 and has been a partner for two years. Chris acts as principal day to day support on all aspects of property work for the Group. Recently, he has advised Liverpool City Council on the property issues in relation to the setting up of Liverpool Land Development Company Limited and also contributed, as part of the client team, to the setting up of Renaissance South Yorkshire.

He has assisted with the development of complex and novel property structures in PFI/PPP deals in a range of sectors – including waste.

Chris acts for numerous investors, retailers and developers, including Europe's largest investment fund Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft mbH, The Trafford Centre Limited and Northern Trust.
