Rachel trained with the firm and was appointed to partnership in May 2007. The attributes which brought Rachel to partnership are her straight talking no nonsense approach which has led her to form strong and long lasting relationships with her wide range of clients. She is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work including funding acquisitions and refinancing portfolios but specialises in residential and mixed use development acting on behalf of a number of high profile regional and national developers. Recent experience includes the acquisition of a dockland site in Liverpool for a tower block residential development and advising on the disposal of a mixed use scheme in London with a land value of £90 million.
