Chris is a Partner in the Planning and Environment Group. He deals with a range of planning and environment work including the preparation of planning cases proceeding by way of Public Inquiry or written representations appeal. He has been responsible for preparing planning obligations and also has experience in applications for judicial review, acting for developers in challenges to Local Plan and Unitary Development Plan policies. He also has knowledge in High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords procedure.
