Duncan joined Walker Morris in 1999 and qualified with the Firm into the Finance Department in 2001. Since then he has been key in developing the Firm's ABL Team. He and the team advise on all aspects of ABL related work with a focus on corporate recovery.

He specialises in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, in particular administrations, liquidation and corporate voluntary arrangements. As well as acting for a number of ABL's Duncan also acts for a wide range of insolvency practitioners on a local and national level. As such he has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments.

He has been involved, with successful results, in a number of complicated recovery actions for ABLs again both on a local and national level where they have had significant exposure. Through his experience he has developed a deep understanding of the sector and of the issues that are of real concern to the players within that market.
