Peter joined Walker Morris in March 2006 from Lovells, where he trained and then worked in the banking group. Since qualifying, Peter has acted for a wide range of corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors in the fields of acquisition / leveraged finance, trade finance, bank-led restructurings and general corporate banking (both syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured). He has particular expertise in syndicated, complex and cross-border financings, investment fund finance and the financing of management buyouts.

Prior to joining Walker Morris, Peter spent two years on secondment to Lovells’ Amsterdam office, helping to set up a finance law unit following Lovells’ merger with a leading independent Dutch firm, and a further period on secondment to the London branch of a leading international bank, advising on all lending and business banking matters.
