Director

Karl studied law at Southampton University and joined Walker Morris in 1993. He qualified in 1995 and became a Director at the firm in 2009. Karl runs the firm's Housing Litigation team and has experience of all areas of Property Litigation. He deals with a wide range of matters including residential repossession, anti social behaviour injunction proceedings, lease forfeiture, dilapidation claims, lease renewals, professional negligence, removal of squatters, disputes involving rights of way and restrictive covenants.
