Jeremy Moore is a Partner within our Real Estate Group. Jeremy advises on all aspects of real estate transactions, including in particular dealing with acquisitions and disposals of a variety of property interests and significant high value, large scale transactions.

Advising GIC, the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, on its purchase from British Land of a 75% share in Paddington Central.

US REIT, Welltower Inc.
Advising US REIT, Welltower Inc., on its £570m loan to HC – One.

Debenhams
Advising the administrator of Debenhams, one of the first light touch administrations and probably the most significant property realignment in British retailing history.

Hospital Topco
Advising Hospital Topco on the £1.5bn disposal of BMI Healthcare and the GHG Group, described in the press as largest UK real estate deal in 2019.
