Kitson

Josh is a director in our Planning & Environment Group.  Josh trained with Walker Morris, and specialises in all aspects of planning and environmental law, including judicial review, highways law, and compulsory purchase.

Josh describes his approach to client work as collegiate and approachable, and he is known for being easy to deal with and responsive.  He recognises the importance of getting into the detail of cases, and always looks to find an appropriate commercial solution to problems.

Navigating clients through a consenting regime to see developments successfully delivered is the most rewarding part of Josh’s role, and he enjoys being involved in complex projects.

Dealing with the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious planning and environment work certainly helps when involved in large, complex projects, and Josh also has a growing advocacy practice.
