Marianne is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Group. Her work focuses on M&A, private equity and private equity capital markets transactions. Marianne advises a wide range of UK and international clients, spanning SMEs, PE houses and multi-jurisdictional international companies.

Developing relationships with clients and seeing them achieve their goals is a really rewarding part of Marianne’s work, especially when she can see their businesses developing over time.

Marianne describes her approach to client work as “providing high quality service with a thorough yet pragmatic approach” and she is known for her approachable and upbeat manner.

Marianne is a good communicator, staying calm under pressure and with a high level of attention to detail. Her working style is very much in line with Walker Morris as a whole, where collaborative team working is a given and everyone strives to provide excellent service and added value for clients.

Marianne trained at Walker Morris and was attracted to the corporate sector due to its constantly evolving nature and she is keen to explore the wealth of opportunities for personal growth and development that this brings.

Marianne is part of the Walker Morris mentorship programme, is involved in training junior members of the corporate team and also acts as a mentor to students from local universities.
