Elle is part of our Real Estate Team and works on commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant, corporate support, development, financing and retail matters. Elle says, “there’s not much within real estate that I haven’t worked on!”

Achieving commercial success for her clients is the most rewarding part of the work Elle does and she describes her approach to client work as “focused, attentive and hands-on”. 

Elle performs well under pressure and is both commercially minded and solution-focused. “Working across such a broad range of real estate transactions means that every day is different. I have to adapt to different challenges and client needs, while remaining in pursuit of a positive outcome”.

On life at Walker Morris Elle says, “as a single site firm, we have the benefit of in-person interaction across the team on a day-to-day basis. Being collaborative is essential”.

Elle is part of the Walker Morris mentoring programme and she is also a member of the Walker Morris netball team.
