Adam Bertram is a Senior Associate in our Infrastructure & Energy Team. He has considerable experience advising clients on the contractual arrangements relevant to energy and infrastructure projects. His experience includes renewable energy, energy from waste, power purchase agreements, grant funding agreements, and EPC/O&M contracts.

Adam’s clients are varied and include renewable energy companies, manufacturers, developers, local authorities and government bodies and he is motivated by helping clients to successfully deliver their objectives and see their projects through to completion.

Adam has a background in science, having worked as a biomedical scientist before becoming a solicitor and is a confident problem solver and communicator.  He recognises the need to view matters from a client’s point of view so that he can deliver focused, commercial advice and says, “I believe it’s important to understand each client’s business and  objectives  so that I can tailor my advice and add value to each transaction”.
