Ricky
Walker

Ricky is a Senior Associate at Walker Morris.  He advises clients on various aspects of banking, finance and security issues.

Ricky works on a wide variety of finance matters, including institutional finance from both a lender and borrower perspective, acquisition finance, group restructuring with existing institutional debt and debt/security diligence work on national and international corporate acquisitions.  More recently, Ricky has been focusing on a variety of wholesale funding matters and work in the alternative lending sphere

Working as part of a team who are all pushing in the same direction to drive a matter forward and seeing everything come together at completion is the part of Ricky’s role that he finds most rewarding.

Describing his approach to client work as adaptive and methodical, Ricky says, “I can work through the requirements and identify the steps necessary to solve the issue at hand, amending my approach around the needs of each client and matter”.

Ricky is not easily stressed and always tries to see the bigger picture so he can understand what’s really important to his clients.
