Our Regulatory & Compliance Team acts for many national food manufacturers and has a great deal of experience helping clients with a wide range of food safety issues from labelling and allergen queries, food adulteration claims, regulatory investigations and issues arising in the course of mergers and acquisitions.  And although we advise on the law, we also help our clients understand the wider implications for their business, such as commercial or public relations considerations.

We are able to provide crisis management advice, lead and support on internal investigations and defend and challenge regulatory enforcement action including notices and prosecutions.  We have an excellent track record in this area and have regularly liaised with regulators to negotiate very favourable outcomes for our clients thanks to our experience.
