We recognise that in the current climate our clients are facing some big challenges: the delivery of affordable housing is being held back by fewer private developments triggering section 106 arrangements, not to mention diminishing funding.

In addition, the role and needs of Registered Providers has changed a great deal in recent years. The deals they are involved in tend to be more complex and high profile – often involving external finance, and they are much more commercial than they were. They are right at the heart of things, not just subsidiary parties, and they can benefit from advisers (like us) who understand all the parties involved in a typical deal.
