Jessica is an Senior Associate in our Construction & Engineering Team. She specialises both in contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of industry sectors including commercial, residential, renewable energy, retail, leisure and hospitality.

Jessica focuses on high value complex disputes, recently acting on a range of fire safety claims and disputes involving defective building works. On the transactional side, Jessica regularly advises clients on industry standard and bespoke forms of construction contract, including the day-to-day aspects of contract administration.

Jessica’s career in construction law started at a global construction claims consultancy in Dubai. Bringing projects and disputes to a successful close in a timely manner for clients is the most rewarding part of her work, whilst she enjoys the vibrancy and varied nature of the construction industry.

Describing herself as diligent, detail-oriented and driven to achieve the best outcome for her clients, Jessica approaches client work strategically, looks for creative solutions and delivers concise, constructive advice that hits the nail on the head.

Promoting diversity and inclusion is important to Jessica and she is involved in the Social Mobility Foundation’s mentoring scheme, inspiring the next generation.
