Lauren is part of our Construction & Engineering Team. Lauren advises on all areas of contentious construction and building disputes but specialises in high value and complex litigation and multi-party disputes. Her experience includes defective building works (including cladding and fire safety claims), claims against building warranties, professional negligence and arbitration.

Lauren typically works for groups of claimants (usually leaseholders), management companies, construction companies and developers.  Achieving successful outcomes and building relationships with her clients through working side-by-side with them is the most rewarding part of Lauren’s work. She says, “The matters I work on make a genuine difference to the individuals involved – it’s this that motivates me to invest hard work and time into each and every claim. Litigation can last for many years, so I have the opportunity to build some really fantastic relationships”.

Describing her approach to client work as “determined, assiduous and relentless”, Lauren enjoys immersing herself in the facts of a case so she can really get to grips with the minutiae and achieve the very best outcome for her clients. “Walker Morris always puts clients first and that is reflective in the work we do and the way we work tirelessly to help clients who find themselves in unfortunate situations”.
