Will is part of our Corporate Team and focuses on M&A transactions, including cross border, equity investments and restructurings.
Will enjoys getting deals over the line and achieving client goals, and when asked to describe his approach to client work he says simply, “putting the time in to understand a client’s business, their industry and the rationale for making the proposed acquisition/sale”.
Will is a strong team player and his client-focussed and collaborative working style makes him a natural fit at Walker Morris, where teams work with other specialists across the firm to bring the best possible expertise to each deal.
Will is a member of the Yorkshire committee of the Lord’s Taverners charity and LawInSport.
