Meet Frances's team
“I think commercially and work amicably with the other side”
Frances is an Associate in our Corporate Team. Her work is predominantly mergers and acquisitions and her clients range from private and public companies to international law firms and individuals.
Seeing a transaction through from start to finish is the most rewarding part of the job for Frances and she enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues from across the firm.
Frances describes her approach to client work as personal and proactive. She says, “I try to think commercially and work amicably with the other side”. Her strong communication skills help and Frances enjoys building relationships with clients.
Seeing the bigger picture is important to Frances, as is maintaining a clear focus on the priorities of each matter – she keeps her clients regularly updated.
Frances is Treasurer for the Walker Morris Charity Committee and is part of the firm’s mentoring scheme.
