Michael Cordeaux is a Regulatory & Compliance Senior Associate at Walker Morris. With over 8 years of experience he specialises in Regulatory work, with a particular focus on contentious health and safety.

Mike assists with the defence of regulatory prosecutions, usually following fatalities, and the handling of related inquests. In addition to advising on regulatory enforcement action and litigation, Mike provides compliance advice to companies both generally and in relation to corporate transactions.

Mike typically works with large national and international corporate clients from across all sectors. He focuses on construction, transport and logistics, chemical, and security. Given the nature of the work, clients require agile and responsive lawyers who can assist immediately following a serious incident, often the same day as a tragedy has occurred.
