Bryony is an Associate in our Real Estate team and typically works on general landlord and tenant issues and leases, insolvency work and corporate acquisitions and portfolios.

Bryony acts for landlords and tenants, both large scale companies and smaller independent clients. She also acts for insolvency practitioners and private equity firms on large scale transactions.

Real Estate is extremely varied, and no 2 days are the same. Bryony works with the whole Real Estate team and alongside other wider teams at Walker Morris. This enables her to give the most well rounded advice to her clients. She enjoys the client focus element of the work involved in Real Estate, she often works for the same clients to build lasting relationships and provide the best possible advice.

Bryony’s strengths are that she’s hard working, client focused, organised and efficient. She finds it extremely rewarding to meet tight deadlines for her clients, she’s always determined to deliver her work to a high standard within the timeframe and deliver the best result for her client.
