Corporate Team shortlisted in Insider Dealmakers Awards

Walker Morris has been shortlisted for Corporate Team of the Year Award and National/International Deal Award for the team’s involvement in the acquisition of BSW Timber by Binderholz at the Yorkshire Insider Dealmakers Awards 2022.
The awards recognise the top deals and the firms that made those deals happen and celebrate the regions dealmakers who are at the top of their game.
The shortlisting’s follows a busy and successful 12 months for the corporate team and its clients. Having advised on a range of deals including: advising the shareholders of YorkTest Laboratories on an investment by NVM Private Equity, advising Findel on its acquisition of Scandinavian nursery décor, furniture and toys brand, Scandibørn and advising the shareholders of KTC Edibles Limited on the sale of the business to Endless.

Winners will be announced at the Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards on Thursday 24 November at New Dock Hall, Leeds.
