Intercede Group expands with acquisition of Authlogics Ltd

Intercede is a cyber security company, specialising in digital identities, derived credentials and access control, enabling digital trust in a mobile world. Founded over 20 years ago, Intercede has developed leading positions in core markets around the world, working with governments and significant corporations.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Intercede will pay an initial consideration of £2.5million and a further deferred conditional and staged earnout payment of up to £3million.
