Meet Joanne's team
Jo is a Director in our Real Estate team with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She particularly focuses on landlord and tenant and asset management, as well as acquisitions and disposals. Jo’s clients include national retailers, property investors and corporate occupiers.
Jo’s most rewarding aspect of her role is forming long term relationships with clients and becoming part of their team, this means she is able to provide focussed and commercial advice. Jo enjoys balancing the competing priorities of the different parties to find a successful solution, this way of working is suited to the Walker Morris’ ethos of collaboration and teamwork. Jo chose to specialise in Real Estate law because you can physically see the results of your hard work.
