Greg is a qualified solicitor and also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. He has worked in law firms and accountancy practices to develop a broader range of knowledge. Greg works across a wide range of practice areas with a focus on share incentives and tax aspects of M&A work. He also provides advice in relation to personal taxation, including residency issues.

Advising both owner managed businesses, as well as large international clients, Greg is hard working and reliable. He is driven by ensuring that clients get the best deal possible and a transaction runs smoothly. Ensuring a transaction completes, through assisting colleagues and working collaboratively to pull on different strengths across Walker Morris ensures that deals get over the line and ensure that clients get the best work.
