Walker Morris advises on the acquisition of The Real Spirit of Coffee

Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri AB, part of the Lifco Group, on its agreement to acquire The Real Spirit of Coffee Limited. The deal is expected to close in Q2 of 2023.
The Real Spirit of Coffee Limited and its subsidiaries are suppliers of high-end coffee machines and consumables and they operate under the Rijo42 brand. Lifco’s model is to acquire and develop market-leading sustainable, niche businesses with the potential to deliver sustainable earnings growth and robust cash flows.
