Walker Morris secure Court of Appeal victory in patent litigation case

The Walker Morris IP team has secured victory for Moulded Fibre Products Limited, a leading UK manufacturer of moulded fibre products, in the Court of Appeal in relation to a patent infringement and validity claim.
Walker Morris’ team was led by Partner and Head of Intellectual Property, Alan Harper; with support from Director Matthew Lingard and Trainee Solicitor, Eleanor Hunt.
