Zoe is a Director in our Construction & Engineering team and specialises in all aspects of construction and engineering disputes. She has over 15 years’ experience in both pursuing and defending claims on behalf of leading businesses across the UK.

Zoe deals with high value and complex disputes under industry standard and bespoke construction contracts involving payment, defects, delay, termination and professional negligence. She provides pragmatic advice and engages in all forms of alternative dispute resolution to achieve early settlement.

Zoe is motivated to unravel the complex and technical issues her clients face. She describes her working style as being “collaborative, responsive and approachable”. She recognises that every client is different, so understanding their business and listening to their key concerns in any dispute is a priority. She likes to understand what “success looks like for them” so she can tailor their strategy and deliver results to become their trusted adviser.
