Georgina is an Associate in our Construction & Engineering Team. Georgina’s clients are typically developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and professional consultants who work across a range of sectors. Georgina advises on both non-contentious and contentious construction work.

In Georgina’s non-contentious work, she has experience in negotiating and drafting all types of construction documents including various forms of building contracts, appointments, novation’s and collateral warranties.

On the contentious side of things, Georgina is experienced in providing advice and preparing legal documents for adjudication and court proceedings.

Georgina prides herself on being approachable, enthusiastic, pro-active, and attentive which has been acknowledged by her clients. She wants to continue to deliver tailored commercial solutions and further develop her strong client relationships.

Georgina is an active member of the firm’s Employee Forum, which focusses on the firm’s environmental, societal and governance goals. Georgina organised the firm’s first sustainability week, to further Walker Morris’s position as a sustainable employer.
