Corporate team advise Elanders AB on its acquisition of Kammac.

Walker Morris has advised Swedish headquartered, Elanders AB, on its acquisition of all of the shares in Kammac.
The enterprise value, including the earn-out, amounts to just over GBP £100,000,000 on a cash and debt free basis.
Elanders is listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic and provides its clients with supply chain solutions and print solutions. Kammac is a unique logistics company offering customers maximum storage flexibility through a network of 15 warehouses in northwest England, including offering bonded warehouses, temperature-controlled warehouse environments and handling medical and pharmaceutical products.
