Walker Morris advise the owner of Froch Foods Holdings on the acquisition by Cranswick County Foods Plc

The Walker Morris Corporate team is delighted to have advised Max Smith-Hilliard on the sale of Froch Foods Holdings Limited, the holding company of Froch Foods Limited (Froch Foods), a specialist in pork and poultry processing business, to Cranswick County Foods Plc (Cranswick).
Froch Foods is known for its unique processing capabilities and wide range of bacon and cooked meat products. The business operates out of Stourton, Leeds and employs a team of 74 individuals.
Richard Naish and Laura Cavell led the Walker Morris team with support from Ellie Foster (Corporate), Laura Swift (Banking & Finance), Sarah Ward (Merger Control), Nicola Parkinson and Natalie Gray (Tax) and Jeremy Moore and Beth Cardall (Real Estate).
