Corporate team advise Elanders on its acquisition of Bishopsgate

The Walker Morris Corporate team has advised Swedish headquartered, Elanders, on the signing of an agreement for its acquisition of 88.5 percent of the shares in Bishopsgate Holdco Ltd, a newly incorporated company owning the Bishopsgate business which was previously run by Ward Thomas Removals Limited.
Bishopsgate is a leading actor in the UK within special transportation, installation and configuration of medical devices.
Elanders is listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic and the Bishopsgate business will join its Supply Chain Solutions division.
The acquisition valued the Bishopsgate business at GBP £47.5 million on a cash- and debt-free basis.
