Walker Morris assist with successful refinance and investment for Trutex Limited

Trutex, renowned for its longstanding reputation as one of the UK’s leading producers of quality school wear, has secured a refinancing deal worth £18.5 million with Aurelius Finance Company Limited. These facilities alongside the Elaghmore investment will support the growth of Trutex. It will help them expand not only in the UK but also internationally. Trutex already has a foothold in Dubai, and now are looking to strengthen their position in the Chinese and Saudi Arabian markets.

Phil Scott and Debbie Jackson led the Walker Morris cross-discipline team including, Laura Swift, Lauren Hall, Rebecca Orange, Gawain Moore and Evelyn Lewzey.
