Walker Morris is advising Mattioli Woods PLC on the recommended takeover offer by Tiger Bidco Limited

Walker Morris Corporate team is advising Mattioli Woods PLC, a leading provider of wealth management and employee benefits, on the recommended takeover offer by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of funds managed by Pollen Street Capital. Mattioli Woods is a diversified wealth and asset management business.

Under the terms of the acquisition, each Mattioli Woods shareholder will be entitled to receive 804 pence in cash for each Mattioli Woods ordinary share held by them. The acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Mattioli Woods at approximately £432 million and is expected to complete in the second or third quarter of 2024, subject to receipt of shareholder and regulatory approvals.
