Simon is a Partner in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. With nearly 2 decades of experience, he’s a general commercial litigator, advising on all types of commercial disputes in various forums, including courts, domestic and international arbitration forums, expert determination, and mediation.

He’s best known for his work in the residential development and housebuilding sector, where he advises clients on contractual matters and disputes. His extensive experience in this sector has allowed him to develop strong relationships with his clients, and gain a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.

Simon’s strengths lie in his work ethic and positive attitude towards challenges. He thrives under pressure and his approach to work is hands-on and collaborative. He likes to be close to the details of the matters he’s involved in.

Simon’s clients are typically large national housebuilders with multiple regional offices throughout the UK, including several FTSE 100 plc’s. He also advises other general commercial clients of varying sizes.
