Ben is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team. He qualified in 2021, having previously completed his training at a regional commercial law firm.
Ben specialises in commercial litigation and business protection with particular experience in breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, professional negligence, and defamation.
Ben’s clients range from large private and public companies to owner-managed SMEs and high net worth individuals. He has acted for clients across a variety of industries including engineering, manufacturing, recycling, and energy.
Ben enjoys building long-standing relationships with his clients, so that he can offer tailored advice to suit his client’s specific business needs and objectives. Ben recognises that litigation can often be a stressful time for his clients and that is why his approach to client work is always pragmatic, focused and solution driven.
