Our Corporate team advises on the sale of SSG Insight to Aptean Inc.

SSG Insight, a leading provider of enterprise asset management solutions, has been acquired by Aptean Inc. This acquisition will extend Aptean’s geographical footprint (headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has offices in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific), and enhance its capabilities in providing cloud-based enterprise asset management solutions. The strategic move is expected to bolster Aptean’s market presence and offer enhanced services to its global clientele.

John Hamer  led the team which included Nicola Parkinson, Charlotte Bontoft , Holly Ter Bruggen , Greg Benson and Chloe Smith. Corporate finance advisors from BDO’s Northern Corporate Finance team led the deal for the selling shareholders. Warranty & indemnity insurance services were provided by A.J. Gallaghers.
