Advising on development funding for sports organisations and working seamlessly with our property and construction teams to offer a full wrap around service on any type of development;

Advising on a the terms of the specific grant or grant facility and how they fit into the relevant sports regulatory framework;

Player transfer fee financings in a football club context, including the need to fit such elements of finance within the club’s wider finance structure and regulatory obligations; and

We also advise both sellers and buyers on all finance aspects of sports acquisitions, including overseas buyers on their purchase of UK sports clubs and companies.
