100% retention rate reinforces Walker Morris’ position as one of the region’s top graduate employers

Walker Morris will appoint all 14 of its second year trainees when they qualify this year. This represents a 100% retention rate for the Firm and reinforces its position as one of the region’s leading legal graduate recruiters.
The 14 newly qualified solicitors will be taking up positions in a number of departments across the Firm including commercial contracts, construction, corporate, energy, infrastructure & government, real estate litigation, commercial dispute resolution, real estate and regulatory.
Walker Morris currently has 32 first and second year trainees and over the last few years has invested heavily in the training and selection programmes including offering a unique 6 seat training programme instead of the standard 4, ensuring trainees gain an in-depth insight into the key areas of law as well as having invaluable contact with partners and clients.
