Walker Morris advises on the sale of YorkTest Laboratories

A multi-disciplinary team at Walker Morris has advised the management team of leading food intolerance testing specialists, YorkTest Laboratories, on an investment by private equity investors, Key Capital Partners.

Based in York, YorkTest are Europe’s leading provider of food and drink specific lgG antibody testing. The company has over 35 years’ experience in laboratory diagnostic testing and provides customers with information to help optimise their diet and wellbeing.

This investment from Key Capital Partners will provide YorkTest with a solid platform for future growth and development and as part of the deal current private equity investors, CBPE Capital, will exit.

Walker Morris fielded a multi-disciplinary team comprising of John Hamer and Oliver Duke (corporate).
