In practice, this can be from site assembly and planning, negotiation of land options and leases, title review and insurance, financing, construction, operation and maintenance, power purchase and grid connections, right through to disposal of assets and shares and project decommissioning.
We also have the expertise to help clients in the manufacturing, construction, food and drink, housing, property and finance sectors as they look to invest in, fund, or procure and contract for low carbon energy projects and Net Zero. This typically involves renewable energy generation, power purchase agreements, heat supply, efficiency measures, energy services and carbon reporting and compliance.
