The Act itself introduces a raft of new notices and mechanisms to allow this scrutiny to take place and will also be supplemented by Regulations which have been published in almost final form and by Guidance, some of which has already been issued.

Watch Lynsey Oakdene and Kathryn Vickers in the latest in our Procurement Act webinar series as they explain the new regime.

The webinar recording covers the requirements of the Act, draft Regulations and latest Guidance in relation to:

  1. Notices – both new requirements and the changes to existing rules.
  2. Key performance indicators.
  3. Performance management.
