Are you an experienced secretary ready to take the next step in your career, or a seasoned PA looking for a new challenge? We have the opportunity for 2 PA’s to join either our Construction or Planning team.
This opportunity allows you to become one of the go-to people, playing a key role in helping the departments reach their goals. You will be tasked with streamlining processes and identifying efficiencies, enabling you to put your stamp on the role.
You’ll handle day-to-day support tasks such as diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. As the first point of contact, you’ll manage incoming client inquiries via phone and email. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate client files and support with onboarding new clients to meet AML and KYC requirements. You’ll also draft client letters on behalf of the solicitors and play a significant role in the team’s billing process.
You’ll join a supportive and friendly team where you’ll receive the necessary support to advance your career at Walker Morris.
