Intellectual Property team scoops award at Yorkshire Legal Awards 2023

The Yorkshire Legal Awards bring together the regions legal community to recognise and celebrate its many achievements. The winners were judged by a prestigious panel from the Yorkshire legal community.

The award win has come on the back of a strong year for the IP team having recently secured a Court of Appeal victory in a complex patent litigation. The team advised Moulded Fibre Products Limited, a leading UK manufacturer of moulded fibre products, in relation to a patent infringement and validity claim securing complete victory.

The team offers specialist advice across the full spectrum of intellectual property law and its lawyers are trusted by many recognised household names and brands to manage and protect their highly valuable brands and technology. The team includes both solicitors and chartered trade mark and design attorneys, enabling Walker Morris to provide a complete service for all intellectual property matters, including the capture, commercialisation and protection of intellectual property.
